IMPORTANT! Do not come to the photoshoot even with a small flu / symptoms. Applies to all, the person being photographed and those who accompany. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the photoshoot and loss of the session fee. We will also reschedule the photoshoot in the event that a family member of the subject has flu symptoms, even if that family member does not come to the photoshoot. Also illness of the photographer or a family member of the photographer leads to a rescheduling. During the corona epidemic, client can choose to cancel the photoshoot if the photoshoot needs to be rescheduled by the photographer, in which case the session fee will be refunded. However, photoshoot cannot be canceled without losing the session fee less than 7 days before photoshoot in any other case. Deviating from the normal terms, the photoshoot can be rescheduled less than 24 hours before the shoot (however notice must be given still well in advance) without losing the session fee. At the moment, it is not possible to select images at the studio, images are selected through an online gallery. Child can come to photoshoot with one parent without siblings. 2 person limit in all photoshoots at the moment. Everyone exect the person being photographed at the time will need to wear a mask.

Due to the corona epidemic, there may also be changes and delays in image delivery schedules due to illness of the photographer or operating restrictions of the printing services I use.

· The client accepts the terms and conditions by booking a photoshoot.

· If you want changes to the terms and conditions, these must be mentioned before booking, so we can see if the section can be changed.

· The photographer retains the right to use all images in her own advertising and portfolio, both on the internet and in print.

· The session fee, which is also the booking fee, is due at the time of booking and will confirm your reservation. Prior to this payment, the booking will not be marked as confirmed in the calendar. Invoice is sent in pdf format and payment term is 5 days. If the invoice has not been paid by the due date, the time will be again freely available for reservation. If less than 7 days from the booking to the photoshoot, the invoice is due immediately. However, the mere non-payment of the session fee is not a cancellation, the cancellation must also be notified by e-mail. The session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer, planning of the photoshoot by e-mail and the use of props and studio wardrobe, but does not include images, eg prints or electronic image files (digital images). Images are invoiced separately.

· The photoshoot time can be postponed for a serious reason, for example in case of illness, free of charge once, but notice must be given no later than 24 hours before the shoot. However, please do not come to the photoshoot ill due to success of the photoshoot and risk of infection, this applies to both the person being photographed and those who accompany them. Multiple reschedulings of a photoshoot will be subject to a new session fee. If the client does not arrive to the photoshoot or cancels the photoshoot less than 7 days before the shoot, the session fee will not be refunded. Session fee for newborn photoshoot is not refundable at all.

· Proofs for viewing and selection of the images are not yet fully retouched images and  are for image selection purposes only and must not be copied (including screenshots) and / or published (copying and publishing are prohibited under copyright law). The proofs will be available in an online gallery within about a week of the photoshoot and the gallery will be open for 7 days. Access to the favorites folder will also close after the gallery is closed. Additional weeks for the gallery 25e / week (minimum billing 25e). There is a large watermark on the images in proofing gallery and images for viewing are not available without watermark. 20e will be charged for reopening a gallery. Client does not get proofing gallery images to keep.

· The final large image files selected by the client will be delivered 2-4 weeks after the selection, usually via wetransfer. Download time in the service is 7 days, after which the link expires. Printed image products can be picked up from the studio six weeks after the images are selected. Delivery with USB stick + 20e. During high season such as December and January and during the summer holiday season, delivery times for printed products may be up to a few weeks longer than normal.

· Images in the gallery will be stored for 4 months after the shoot, during which time it is possible to place additional orders. Additional orders are invoiced according to the price list valid at the time of ordering. The client is responsible for backing up the images he has purchased.

· Image orders will be invoiced separately before the images are delivered and the images will not be delivered until the full balance has been paid. Image orders have no right of cancellation or return due to the individual nature of the products. Payment term for image orders is 14 days.

· The photographer is only responsible for photo products ordered through the photographer and not, for example, for prints and other photo products ordered by the client themselves.

· Basic image retouching is included in the price, additional retouching is available for an additional fee. Basic retouching includes, for example, exposure and contrast adjustments, removal of small blemishes, wounds and bruises. Basic retouching does not include, for example, background changes, removing of things/objects from the image, larger / more difficult retouching of the skin / make-up / hair / body / clothes, such as removing tan lines, stripy self-tanning, tattoos, clothing patterns etc. Please familiarize yourself with my style before booking a photoshoot, as I photograph and retouch the images according to my own artistic style and it is really important to me that the choice of photographer is made based on style.

· It is not possible to obtain raw image files for yourself.

· Images can not be further edited by the client (incl. Instagram filters) and the watermark must be displayed when the images are published. Watermark must not be cropped out of the image. Name of the photographer must also be mentioned separately when publishing images online.

· By purchasing a large image file customer receives non-commercial right of use and printing for private use, so  they may publish the images online (mentioning the name of the photographer) or print the images with their selected supplier. You may not sell or assign license of use to a third party (applies to both  web sized files and large image files). Third parties include, for example, various image competitions, magazines, clothing manufacturers, etc., but of course not givin the images to relatives for private use. Web sized image files are 1000px, 72dpi, and are not meant or licenced for printing.

· Please be precise when coming to your photoshoot, as any arrival delays will reduce shooting time. The studio also does not have a separate waiting area for those arriving before shooting time. The shooting time mentioned in the photoshoot information is including clothing changes and other preparations, and is the total time reserved for shooting and the actual shooting time is shorter than this. Also, earlier arrival will not extend the shooting time. Additional hours in addition to the time specified in the description 50e / every starting hour.

· Shooting with other cameras during photoshoot, incl. mobile phones is strictly prohibited.

· In case of bad weather, backup option for outdoor shoot is primarily the studio (not during the corona epidemic).

· Kilometer compensation for photoshoots outside city center of Lapua 0.60e /km (calculated from the photographer's home).

· Weekend fee + 50e. Weekend times have very limited availability.

· Pets in the studio + 20e.

· Parents / pet owners are responsible for children / pets during the photoshoot and for any damage to the property of the photographer or others. The pet owner should also make sure that the pets paws are clean upon arrival at the studio and the pet is not allowed to do their needs in the studio. If using shoes in the photoshoot, please, make sure soles are clean.

· No particular images / poses can be guaranteed in advance, as it all depends of the subject. The subjects inability to cooperate, the client’s clothing, hairstyle, make-up and location choices are not the responsibility of the photographer.

· Purchased gift cards cannot be cashed in full or partially and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. When purchasing a gift card, please make sure that my style matches the recipients.

· If the person booking the photoshoot is not the one being photographed, the name of the person being photographed must be stated at the time of booking.

· Prices are valid for private clients, non-commercial, only.
